The Home Staging Association UK & Ireland is excited to announce its highly-requested and very first Online Home Staging Forum.
The event will take place on the 15th-16th of October. Organised by the HSA UK & Ireland with the support of IAHSP®Europe, the forum promises to provide solutions, insight, and commentary on the industry amid the current world crisis.
The forum would not have been possible without the generous sponsorship of John Lewis (yes, that John Lewis!), Davis & Mac and Stageflow.
What makes the HSA’s 2020 forum especially different, however, is its accessibility.
Last year’s forum (which was a cracking success) was hosted in the glamorous Waldorf Hilton, in the West End of London. This year: anyone, anywhere, can join in!
The event will be split up over two days. Both are action-packed, with online networking, guest speakers, and thoroughly contemporary presentations on Home Staging and the property market.
Without further ado, the line-up:
Day 1
The forum’s first day focuses on optimising your business for success post-lockdown, potential buyer trends, and measuring your achievements. Not to mention, there’s ample time for networking!

4.30 pm – Home Staging and the post-lockdown property market with Paloma Harrington-Griffin (Founder and Director of the HSA UK & Ireland).
5.00 pm – Tracking your Home Staging Success with Elaine Penhaul (Stageflow & Lemon and Lime Interiors)
5.30 pm – Pricing Strategies: Understanding your value and your business with Jennie Norris (Chairwoman of IAHSP®).
6.20 pm – Announcement of Home Staging Awards 2020 Winners.
7:00 pm – And a special guest to be announced soon!
Day 2
The second day is all about business strategy. Branding, sales and marketing, and how the future of Home Staging will affect you.
8.30 am – Welcome to Day 2 talk and more time to network with fellow forum-goers.
9.00 am – 8 ways to Amplify your Personal Brand, a workshop with Aarti Parmar (Owner and Founder of London-based AP Brand Communications).
10.00 am – Another short slot for your networking convenience.
10.20 am – Leveraging Online Marketing to Get More Home Staging Clients with Cindy Lin (Staged4More School of Home Staging).
11.10 am – Online Panel with special guests yet to be announced
12.45 pm – End of the second day.
