Redesign and Staging of a Ballsbridge Family Home in Dublin
Marshall Properties was asked to reconfigure the layout of a somewhat dated and dysfunctional 1970s, 3 storey home in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, and to upgrade its interior and finally to Stage the entire.
The original kitchen was repositioned into what was formerly a dark internal area which was then opened to the adjoining rooms to create a very bright and spacious open plan living room, dining room and, of course, a new kitchen. A new separate laundry room was also created with direct access to the back garden. Patio doors were also inserted in the new dining room to give greater access to the rear garden.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]A new enclosed porch to the front of the house created more internal space for greenery. With the addition of clear glass doors throughout the ground floor, a greater sense of space and light was achieved to transform the house for the new resident.
