presentingurproperty’s latest staging was a four-bedroom semi-detached Victorian villa recently refurbished property in Wormit Fife with the most outstanding river views over the Tay Rail Bridge and beyond. This was our third staged project for a couple of local developers who do fantastic job renovating houses turning them into luxurious homes and having had great results previously had kindly asked us to stage for them again. It was quite a challenge for us as the property sat in an elevated position with external stairs and inside leading to another set of stairs up a traditional staircase which gave way to spectacular views.

The complete staging by ourselves combined with their tasteful modern refurbishments in the traditional property worked a treat and sold as soon as it went live on our local property market which is still quiet due to the pandemic leading to yet another fantastic result and proves yet again that staging works and proves fruitful for owners and repays time and time again.
