Trustworthy, professional, excellent service
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Helen at the Property Styling Company. We were selling our house from NZ and wanted it to be professionally staged instead of sitting empty whilst on the market.
All our communication had to be done via email due to the time difference, and right from my first interaction with Helen I found her to be very professional, friendly and extremely responsive. I always got a quick reply to any query, and felt that Helen was definitely 'on our side' when it came to getting our property sold quickly. She was very informative and kept me up-to-date with proceedings.
Helen staged the house beautifully, the house sold within a week of being on the market. Due to various reasons the house sale collapsed - twice! So we had the house on the market 3 times over a 6 month period, each time it sold within a week and I'm sure the staging was something to do with the quick offers we received. Helen was very flexible with extending the time we required the staging to be in place, and then was quick to leap into action and remove the furniture when the house finally went through with just a few days notice.
I highly recommend using Helen to help sell your property quickly, and would have no hesitation in trusting her again if we were ever in the same position.

Helen and The property styling team were absolutely fantastic.
From start to finish they was so helpful.
We were struggling to sell a renovated property but as soon as it was dressed it bought the property to life and we had so much more interest. We agreed a sale a few weeks later.
We will most definitely be using Helen again

I absolutely recommend working with Helen Silver @ The Property Styling Company
While we often hear ‘location, location, location’ this just was not the case with my city centre apartment. Its location was perfect, it had a good lay-out, and despite being a bit ‘tired’ I expected to sell it quite easily. I did receive offers but they were below the asking price so I took a recommendation from a friend and contacted Helen Silver at The Property Styling Company.
This was undoubtably the best thing I did with regard to selling the property - more important than the choice of agent even.
Helen viewed the apartment and soon re-styled it on a very manageable budget. Within a short space of time I was presented with a bright, spacious and airy property that would happily grace the pages of a lifestyle magazine.
Helen was a pleasure to work with: very professional with a clear understanding of property, interior design and the housing market. She was also very accommodating, working with me across a number of different time zones.
And as for the selling price? Even with the styling investment, the apartment sold at a profit above the listing price.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Helen Silver and The Property Styling Company.
