SECRET: I actually hated the name; when I was asked to write the book, I wasn’t aware of how big their brand was, so suggested the title Home Staging for Smart People™ of course they wouldn’t do that.

Today I wouldn’t even use the word Home! The service truly is for smart estate agents, smart sellers, smart investors, smart property owners as a whole and for SMART Entrepreneurs looking for a business opportunity.

Even though the process of readying property for sale has been around for decades, the stumbling block is usually the seller first – don’t want to do the work, don’t have the money, estate agent second (doesn’t want to offend seller) and the stager third (because the stager doesn’t know how to overcome the roadblock) I can teach you how to overcome all three challenges!

NOW more than ever is an amazing time to be involved in the industry of property prep, because sellers are getting savvy, agents are looking for a marketing edge and stagers are learning how to overcome objections.
