When a property is unfurnished potential buyers find it difficult to gauge how their own furniture and belongings will fit into a room – and when photographs of empty rooms are featured on the internet, they rarely spark much interest!

By beautifully furnishing a house we demonstrate the use of each room and provide a scale in terms of size. We want to make each property look so good that a potential buyer will walk in and say, ‘This is where I want to live!’.

Working on a project in Nottingham recently, our client was impressed by our professionalism and the media interest we created for him. Being relatively new to the industry, this was his first development and he wanted to get it right.

We furnished each room with suitable furniture and accessories and put window dressings in throughout. The property already had high quality features including a new grey kitchen and beautifully designed bathrooms and en suite which meant that we had a great base to start with.

Within 2 weeks of us furnishing his show home, before having been launched to the market, our client received his first offer.
