The sitting room and master bedroom had fantastic views of the Oxford canal to the front, the kitchen and bathrooms were fitted out to a high specification. The property had plenty of contemporary character but the blank canvas internally made it hard for potential buyers to visualise the lifestyle the space offered. By fully furnishing the house we demonstrated that the bedrooms were far bigger than they appeared when empty, and showed how the rooms could be presented.

Once it had been re-photographed, the property was relaunched to the market. Within two weeks, a serious offer was accepted for £11,000 over the asking price.
