HSA Founding Member Casa e Progetti has integrated a few services together to create a new Virtual Tour for Pre Build Marketing for Property Developers.

They were approached by a client who has started to build a development in New Malden, Surrey. He was interested in Casa e Progetti’s Virtual Show Homes and wanted to capitalise on the lockdown and the increased number of views on property portals such as Zoopla, for example.

He asked Casa e Progetti to create a few shots of this Reception / Dining / Kitchen in one of the 3 Bedroom Flats.

“We believed they were great to encapsulate the main features of the room. By creating the room we were able to put together a 360 degrees Virtual Tour which allows the user full control to look around, in however many viewpoints are required to gain a full insight to the room”, says Zaid Shuhaiber, Director at Casa e Progetti.

“The beauty of this is that once the Development is built, and if any of the properties within the development are not sold yet, we are able to replicate the Virtual Show Home into a Physical Show Home. This allows the continuity of the Show Home to remain and the Developer to then have a 360 Tour of the Physical Show Home”, he adds.

This could be seen as a crucial element for Home Stagers to gain control of the Pre Build Staging market as well as the Post Build Staging market.
