We Help You Visualise the Future, Allowing You to Open Your Doors Before They Exist
People, as everyone in the staging community will attest to, are visual beings and what something looks like is hugely important. In a restaurant, how a dish is presented can immediately entice you or completely put you off your food – and in property the same is very often true. Our decision making, either consciously or unconsciously, is hugely affected by our emotional response to what something looks like, and that is what makes staging so incredibly powerful. For digital stagers like us, and indeed for real life stagers, our work is often first seen in an image on the internet – meaning the window of opportunity to grab the viewers attention can literally be as little as 0.3 seconds. So in a world of endless scrolling only having one chance to make a first impression has never been more true.
The featured project, as pictured, is of a privately owned mixed use development in North London where the developer had multiple commercial units at the bottom of residential towers that were to be let in ‘shell & core’ condition – ie- large, empty, concrete voids.
Staging these empty voids allowed us to showcase a variety of fully functioning businesses, rather than just market a space and leave it up to the viewers imagination.
We worked with the specialist agency that had been instructed on the development to identify suitable uses for each space and then the RE FRSH team fully designed each one through virtual staging and then visualised them via the mediums of curated marketing videos, and a series of HD CGI images.
Among the use categories we designed to inspire future tenants was a restaurant, a cafe, a gym and an office. The total project delivery time was less then one month, meaning that a full marketing push, together with it’s own development website, was able to launch quickly and without the landlord needing to spend a penny on M&E services, build work or furniture.

Hi, I’m Tom Gaydon, founder of RE FRSH – creators of photorealistic digital visualisations based in London & Sussex.
Prior to starting the business I spent almost 20 years opening & operating over 50 fully serviced commercial buildings in prime central London locations such as Mayfair, Kensington, Covent Garden, Marylebone and Farringdon. At the same time I pursued some residential projects on the side, completely renovating apartments for rental purposes and generally having a keen eye for design and user experience.
During my career in property I was often curious as to why the industry wasn’t embracing tech in the pursuit of improving building operation efficiency, for design and marketing purposes or to make the user experience better. And indeed, when I did see tech being used to market spaces elsewhere in the industry, eg- CGI’s, it was almost always of very low quality.
So it was with a desire to affect change in this area and a focus on quality, value & sustainability that lead me to start RE FRSH, a digital visualisation company with a difference.
We are proud to work throughout the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors with our clients including developers, agents, architects, landlords and international hotel brands.
