Casa e Progetti is a London-based interior design studio that creatively stages houses, turning them into homes.
We were formed after our Director, Zaid Shuhaiber, was introducing a private client to some investment properties around Central London a few years ago.
The client only seemed interested in purchasing the show homes. He struggled with this new trend for investors and buyers who could not envision how an empty property would look furnished.
He went back to his family business, FEBC, one of the largest and most notable Furniture, Fittings & Equipment (FF&E) procurement companies within the hospitality sector. Through his contact base and his experiences as a main contractor and project manager, he developed our special in-house technique.
The core of the business would answer how one could economically stage a property without the hurdles of moving furniture and time delays of physical staging. Therefore, through our clever Virtual Staging techniques, Casa e Progetti is helping developers and home owners transform a home into reality before it is physically staged.
The studio is then able to implement, into physical staging, the actual virtual staged interior design scheme once the property is built. This makes our staging far more than just smart computer generated images (CGI).
We are strong believers in having a show home and even stronger believers in being economically viable to enhance demand and strike interest to a wider audience.
Our extremely cost-effective staging process combines our furniture procurement division with our interior designers and CGI team to create interior designed virtual staged homes and to physically deliver all staged items of furniture and ornaments.
This allows an agent or a developer to sell a property as furnished, without the physical furniture being there, and furthermore allows the buyer to make changes to the furniture package before buying.
What makes our staging stand out is that we take real photos of real properties, and render an interior-designed scheme into the images. The end result is that the real photos of empty rooms are dressed in our Interior Design and obtainable through our in-house buyers.
Additionally, allowing agents and developers to stage a property in different styles to attract different buyer markets, and a great favourite to developers to create multiple Virtual Show Homes rather than reuse the same show home photos online.
Developers and agents worldwide are contracting our Group to carry out the interior design, furniture package and the eventual physical staging once the property has sold as furnished.
We have currently completed staging on numerous properties ranging from £250k up to £40m and currently on average the properties we stage for sale are only on the market for 3 months!

We love providing services to other Interior Design firms too who use us to stage items of furniture for presentations so that their clients see the real product before they order it, or even fully stage the rooms with their design to minimise client changes later on.
