Anita Richardson - House Wow®
With over 15 years in the Home Staging industry Anita Richardson is the Director of the UK’s National Home Staging company House Wow®, creator of CHSSP Certified Home Staging and Styling Professional™ course and founded the original UK Home Staging Network™ in 2004.
Anita has appeared as a Home Staging expert on BBC1’s Right on the Money, Sky TV’s Women in Property and has featured as a Home Staging expert in the Times, the Independent and House Beautiful magazine.
Richard Chaplin - Milc Style
Fitness club owner turned Group Creative Director of property stylists Milc Style, Richard Chaplin’s team work on creating custom furnishing solutions for their customers’ properties to sell to the desired target market. Chaplin is no stranger to generating a small fortune within the property market, with his previous business in which he directed, completing five £10m+ luxury house developments.
Claire Norwood - Claire Norwood Property Development
A true inspiration to those starting out in the property industry, Claire Norwood has created a portfolio of her own from scratch, starting with a 1 bedroom flat in Chiswick. Since launching herself into the world of investment property 7 years ago in 2013, Claire has now been able to buy 30 properties on behalf of clients and is currently in the process of building 30 units in South West England.
Jennie Norris - IAHSP® / Stagedhomes.com
Chairwoman of the IAHSP® International Association and the only 2-Time Winner of The Staging Award of Excellence, Jennie is also an ASP®Master, IAHSP®-Premier, ASP-SRS™, ASP-REO™, ASP-BTS™. With all those certifications under her belt, Jennie Norris currently leads Stagedhomes.com, the first-ever Home Staging Course, as their President & CEO. She is also the Co-Author of "Marketing Made Simple - The Key To Succeeding in Business".
Jennifer Morgan - The Former Editor
After 20 years of working for the largest interior magazines, Jennifer Morgan is definitely not lacking in experience within the home refurbishment world. She’s held the position of Deputy Editor for Ideal Home and was the launch editor Style at Home. Today, she runs a successful project editing brand, working on titles such as Scandi at Home, Grand Designs Live and Ideal Home’s Complete Guide to Christmas as well contributing to House Beautiful, Good Homes, Real Homes, and many more of our favourite magazines. Jennifer is also freelance interiors editor for Johnlewis.com.
Amit Dixit - Amit Dixit Design
Amit Dixit is a founder and director of Luxury Interior Design and Interior Architecture studio “Amit Dixit Design Ltd” London. Before founding his luxury design studio in 2017, Amit has worked as a design director for luxury prime central London developers’ in-house team on ultra-high-end projects.
With his educational background in both Interior Design and Architecture, he has a wholistic and more integrating approach towards design.
Samantha Bell - Portico
Samantha has worked within the marketing department at Portico for the last three years. She has been a key driver in the initiatives, growth and marketing campaigns supporting their new services added this year; Portico Host and Portico Finance. Working closely with all the teams and departments within Portico means Sam has diverse knowledge when it comes to all aspects of property.
